Leadership in Accessibility
ClearCompany employs a dedicated Head of UX and Accessibility who oversees the development and implementation of its digital accessibility strategy. Accessibility is a core component of all product initiatives, designed to reduce accessibility barriers within our platform and ensure effective interactions for all users.
Our Head of UX and Accessibility chairs the ClearCompany Digital Accessibility Council (DAC), a cross-functional team dedicated to advancing and refining our accessibility practices. The DAC includes representatives from key areas of the organization to ensure alignment across all touchpoints. Members include our Chief Product Officer, General Counsel, SVP of Engineering, and independent third-party subject matter experts.
Testing and Continuous Improvement
We conduct automated and manual accessibility tests on our software to identify and address potential issues. Regular reviews and updates ensure our tools remain accessible.
