Req Agent helps hiring managers and recruiters define hiring needs, align on success criteria, and manage their full requisition portfolio at scale, including bulk operations, duplicate detection, and approval workflows.

Sourcing Agent activates AI prescreening with a single instruction. Candidates complete an AI-conducted screening call on their own schedule. Results come back ranked by score, with full transcripts, category breakdowns, and a call digest.
Interview Agent delivers a 60-second candidate snapshot before every interview, surfacing resume highlights, potential skill gaps, and targeted questions anchored to scorecard competencies. After the interview, it can pull supporting detail and draft interview scorecards that just need interviewer review and approval.

Review Agent helps employees, managers, and reviewers produce specific, evidence-backed performance reviews by surfacing goals, 1:1 notes, and shoutouts as evidence — and drafting responses directly in the review form.
Performance Admin Agent automates administrative tasks associated with performance processes and review cycles, including pre-launch validation, completion tracking, bulk workflow operations, and mid-cycle reassignment when supervisors change.
