King Arthur Baking Company is a 100% employee-owned, mission-driven organization that views baking as a way to positively impact communities. They employ a highly diverse workforce that operates a manufacturing facility, a retail store, baking schools, and multiple pop-up locations.

Supporting this wide range of roles required a connected hiring solution that could bring clarity to a complex process. King Arthur needed a system that could support candidates and new hires with very different needs, while reducing manual work, improving efficiency, and creating a smoother experience from hiring through day one. For physical store locations, they posted QR codes to streamline the application experience for retail candidates. This automation drastically reduced the administrative burden on the HR team.
